This Copyright Ownership and Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all content featured on AB connections (“Website”), operated by AB connections (“Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

• Issuing cease and desist demands,

• Seeking injunctive relief,

• Filing claims for statutory damages, actual damages, and attorneys' fees,

• Pursuing civil or criminal penalties where applicable.

Violators may be held liable for damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c) in cases of willful infringement.

This policy outlines the strict penalties for unauthorized use of any Artist Materials hosted, submitted, or showcased on www.ab-connections.com ("Website").

1. Ownership and Permission

All Artist Materials provided to AB connections are the sole property of the respective artists and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

Unless specifically:

• Provided by the artist directly,

• Approved by the artist or their authorized representative,

• Or accompanied by a written consent or license agreement,

any use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or publication of such materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to:

• Downloading, copying, reposting, sharing, altering, or publishing artist images without written consent.

• Use of Artist Materials in marketing, promotional, commercial, or editorial content without permission.

• Claiming ownership, creating derivatives, or falsely implying association with the artist.

3. Penalties for Unauthorized Use

If any individual, organization, or entity is found in unauthorized possession or use of Artist Materials obtained from AB connections or through any associated means without proper approval, the following actions will be taken:

• Immediate Cease and Desist Order will be issued.

• Infringer will be liable for damages, including:

  • Statutory damages under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c) of up to $150,000 per infringed work if found to be willful.

  • Actual damages and profits resulting from the infringement.

• Public disclosure of infringement may occur, including a takedown notice issued to platforms hosting the unauthorized materials.

• Pursuit of legal remedies, including injunctive relief, legal fees, and court costs to the fullest extent permissible by law.

4. Reporting Violations

If you are aware of any misuse or unauthorized use of Artist Materials from AB connections, you are encouraged to report it immediately to:
